This is the ability to assist you from a distance over the internet. It is the fastest way to get most problems fixed and is the most popular service I offer. To ensure total security, you and I will do the following:
First YOU will give me a temporary Pin Code by telephone, which is different everytime. Then using this code I will send a connection request to your computer or smartphone. You can now accept the request and I will start working on your device, but if you dont accept it immediately the Pin Code expires with no connection possible. After a successfull connection, you will see and control everything I do. You can automatically block access at any time by clicking Disconnect and I will not be able to access your computer ever again, unless YOU generate and give me a new temporary pin code. You are always in control and you can even learn useful tips as I work on your device.
